Ø 个人简介
蹇鹏承,男,博士,武汉纺织大学微电子学院讲师,华中科技大学与武汉纺织大学联合培养博士后。主要从事二维/三维半导体异质集成、电子输运特性与光电应用研究,研究内容包括二维TMDC/宽禁带半导体外延生长与异质集成、微纳电子/光电子器件的设计及性能调控。在Laser & Photonics Reviews,Nanophotonics,Advanced Science,Small等国际期刊上发表SCI论文十余篇,申请国家发明专利16项,已授权5项,参与国家级项目3项。担任ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces等期刊审稿人。
